Master Bedroom

A sizeable room with a queen size, four-post bed, a big closet in addition to a charming, solid wood armoire, large bright windows (with blackout drapes), and still room for a small bistro table for breakfast looking onto the back yard and deck.

Master Bath

All the usual amenities are available and needn't be packed and carried in your suitcase: hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair spray, extra razors and shaving cream and of course lots of towels and wash cloths.

The Kitchen is open to the living room across a long, convivial bar...

...with brand new appliances and a rolling butcher block island. The family has one professional chef, and a few amateurs, so apart from the embarrassing lack of pearl-handled oyster forks, you'll find the kitchen acceptably outfitted.

The Montana Suite (or Bedroom #2, if you must)...

...offers a queen size bed, closet with lots of drawers, and night stands with electric outlets and USB ports. The massive bed was handcrafted by a local artisan using only authentic, period methods and assembled in the room (no nails, screws or metal of any kind).

The Office/Kid's Room is just off the entry way...

...and set quite apart from the rest of the rooms and living areas. Ideal for working from home, or for protecting children from meddling parents and their unreasonable demands about pre-dawn video gaming.

A big back yard...

...the upkeep of which is included in the rent. Dogs are very welcome, but their souvenirs are not. Droppings must be picked up weekly so the lawn guy can do his job.

The hallway leads to the guest bath, garage, back yard & deck. A steel gate keeps dogs in the back of the house when paws are wet or muddy.

The guest bathroom is very near the garage and back entrances: perfectly situated for getting out of cold, wet clothes after a day of skiing or snowman conjuring.

$1,200/week (for rentals of 8-12 weeks)

CANCELLATIONS & MISC INFO

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

A background/credit check is required (processed by TransUnion). Rental rates do not include application or processing fees.
